Shipment expenses and any other extra costs (including VAT) will be expressly and separately indicated in the order form (in euros/€).

We only replace or return items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival, if your products meet this conditions, please contact us by e-mail stating the intent of the e-mail in the subject.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Parque Industrial de Laundos, lote 40, 4570-311 Póvoa de Varzim, but please make sure you contact us first, if not the return or exchange might be considered as invalid.
Upon receipt of the item, CAS will confirm if such items does not conform with satisfactory quality standards and if its verified shall send to customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the defective item and start the refund procedure.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return or exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any order placed shall be binding on CAS only upon acceptance and further confirmation to be sent to Customer through an e-mail message. Our company may at its own discretion refuse any order, or decide whether or not to totally or partially accept any modifications to the order requested.
Delivery of items shall be made to the indicated delivery address. Shipping costs and time of delivery may vary depending on the country and size of the boxes where the items should be sent, if the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CAS, the costumer shall be notified with an alternative date of delivery and no compensation is adjudged.
Payment shall be made by Customer at the time of placing the order.
